Add a Travel Pack option

After completing the Travel pack option set-up, users can select the options in Self-Service. Before you create the Travel Pack option, you need to set up Roaming Zones.

  1. Go to Configuration > Administration > Options.
  2. Click New. A blank option record opens.
  3. For Option Category, select Travel Package.
  4. Enter an Option Name.
  5. Enter the USOC.
  6. Enter a Description.
  7. If the cost is to be determined later, select Cost To Be Determined.
  8. If you know the cost now, enter the Cost.
  9. Click Apply to create the option. A tab appears: Available Providers..
  1. Click Available Providers to set compatibility to providers.
  2. Select the provider you want to associate the Travel Pack to.
  3. On the right, select the Roaming Zone.

    Note: Only one roaming zone can be selected for an option. To add a roaming zone to a provider, see Roaming Zone.

  4. Select the service you want the Travel Pack available for.
